Indochine Café at Jalan C M Hashim, off Tanjung Tokong serves Thai, Laotian, Cambodian and Vietnamese cuisine. The al fresco-styled café, located near the Chinese Swimming Club is quite spacious with lots of free parking area around it.
As there were only four of us, our orders were somewhat limited. So we decided to try the BBQ Pork Chop, spring rolls, the Indochinese Fried Rice, Cambodian Fried Rice, Cambodian Chicken Soup and the Thai Green Curry.
The Thai Green Curry stood up among the orders with the right mix of spices and flavours. The BBQ Pork Chop served in a dulang tray came with sticky rice and pickled vegetables. Nice presentation. The super crispy spring rolls were tasty as was the Cambodian Fried rice. The Cambodian Chicken soup was just ordinary.
Perhaps we should give it another go and come during the weekends when their barbecue menu has more variety.
