19/3/2019 Dim Sum Station

Brunch at Dim Sum Station @ Promenade
19thMarch 2019

The “eating kakis” had a nice brunch at Dim Sum Station in Bayan
Baru with a nice setting at the restaurant.

The wet hor fun (with or without eggs) was especially good.

The dim sum on the menu was varied and the pricing rather reasonable, considering that they offer "induction heating' at the centre of the table.

The usual savoury char siew pau, har kow (shrimp dumpling), siu mai and lor mai kai (steam glutinous rice) were all tasty. The bean curd skin with prawns and fried bacon
were stand-outs.

The added advantage of this dim sum joint is the addition
of other dishes aside the dim sum.

So as we chat away till brunch became lunch, the dim sum and even the tea pot keeps is kept warm and fresh by the steaming. Certainly a nice and comfortable place for dim sum.
Also, thanks Allan for the tea!
